Our philosophy centers on entrepreneurial banking, where we combine practical underwriting methods with a commitment to funding projects led by sponsors with proven success, all without the bureaucratic hurdles often encountered with traditional banks. Our comprehensive funding capability encompasses the entire capital stack, offering the potential for 100% financing.

- Loan Amounts Ranging from $10 Million to Over $1 Billion: We cater to significant commercial real estate ventures, providing substantial financial backing for your projects.

- Flexible Duration: The base term is a 5-year period, with an optional extension of 1 year to accommodate project timelines.
- Non-Recourse Financing: Offering peace of mind and security for our clients, our loans are non-recourse.
- Loan-to-Cost (LTC) Advantage: We offer up to 80% LTC, with the possibility of 100% for construction-specific projects, aligning with the full spectrum of development needs.
Sponsor Investment Requirement:
To ensure the alignment of interests and commitment to the project’s success, AMZA Capital mandates a sponsor contribution. Each sponsor is required to provide 20% of the project cost or funding request in liquid cash. It’s important to note that this contribution must be in the form of cash on hand; previously invested capital or existing assets cannot be considered towards this requirement. The 20% cash injection serves multiple purposes, reinforcing the project’s financial foundation and demonstrating the sponsor’s vested interest. This deposit is managed through an ICA (Investment Cash Account), ensuring its proper allocation towards the project’s milestones.
